Sports: Konechne resigns as DWU women’s basketball coach

Ann Konechne resigned as Dakota Wesleyan University women’s basketball head coach Monday, citing personal reasons. Konechne had coached the Tigers for three years after taking over the program from Kevin Lein in 2004. In her three seasons at the helm, she went 25-67.
