Our View: Pay attention to river issues

Meetings of City Council are covered thoroughly by the local press, whether it’s here in Mitchell or in small towns throughout the state. Same goes for school and county meetings. But is the same attention being given to the meetings of the Missouri River Association of States and Tribes?
