Task of choosing daily cartoon isn’t taken lightly

It’s been hanging there, tacked to a bulletin board beside my desk for several months now, waiting for its chance. The drawing, submitted by a prospective cartoonist, shows a pointy-headed man playing with LEGOs. Simple enough. It’s the caption that held me back.
