Sports: No. 2 Trojans squeak out win

PLATTE — Parkston had the basketball in the right hands down the stretch of its 60-51 win over Platte Tuesday night in a battle of two of the top-ranked teams in Class A boys’ basketball. The Trojans (12-0), ranked No. 2, and Black Panthers (9-1), ranked No. 3, were tied at 47 with less than 2:30 to play when Parkston senior guard Matt Malloy hit two clutch baskets.
