Judge takes summary judgment motion under advisement in area case

SALEM — A judge has taken a summary judgment motion under advisement after hearing arguments from both sides in a civil case involving a Salem gentlemen’s club and McCook County. Racehorses Private Club and Movie Theater owner Bob Rieger and his attorneys sought a motion that asks a judge to decide the case upon undisputed facts and without a trial.
