Fire takes local family's possessions

As Mona Hart and her sons look across the street, they are reminded of a fire that destroyed their home and all of their belongings, just 10 days before Christmas. It’s been just a week since the fire interrupted their lives and now, the Harts — Mona and her sons, Charles, 23, and Matthew, 15 — are looking to move forward and rebuild their lives. “Everything that we had, everything that we treasured, is gone,” Mona Hart said. “Everytime I think about it … it’s just overwhelming.”
