GF&P, landowner battle brewing again
A bill likely will be introduced during the 2007 legislative session that will continue a battle between South Dakota landowners and the state Department of Game, Fish and Parks. Betty Olson, a newly elected member of the House of Representatives, said she plans to introduce a bill that will limit the ability of state conservation officers to tread on private land without permission.By: Korrie Wenzel, The Daily Republic
