Sports: DWU tops Mt. Marty, Broughton leds Tigers in 67-60 victory

The differences in Preston Broughton from a year ago are stunning. The 6-foot-4 Dakota Wesleyan sophomore forward is stronger and far more aggressive than he was during his freshman campaign. Broughton’s progression continued Wednesday night against Mount Marty as the Corsica native finished with 21 points and 13 rebounds in the Tigers’ 67-60 Great Plains Athletic Conference men’s basketball win over the scrappy Lancers.
