Panel considers updating zoning for garages

Requests for larger garages have prompted Mitchell planning and zoning officials to consider drafting new size allowances. Planning and Zoning Commissioner Bernie Schmucker requested a review of the situation Monday at City Hall while considering a resident’s request to build a bigger garage than city code allows.
