Tigers take to road for first time
Dakota Wesleyan head football coach Brad Pole was not happy with the play of his defensive backfield last week. Going into the Tigers’ opening game against Hastings, it was thought that the run-happy Broncos would be geared for that sort of attack again. However, the DWU defensive line was tough up front and helped limit the Broncos to only 98 yards on the ground. Hastings’ air attack was a different story as the Broncos racked up 272 yards though the air.By: Andy Rennecke, The Daily Republic
