Local drivers’ ed classes scheduled; registration set

Mitchell High School will conduct drivers’ education registration for currently registered Mitchell School District students on March 27. Registration starts at 7 a.m. in the north lobby of the high school.

Non-Mitchell School District students may register at 8:30 a.m. March 28 in the high school office. Students need to be age 14 or older by Oct. 1 to participate.

Cost for 30 hours of theory and six hours of driving experience is $275, payable at registration (cash or check, no credit/debit cards please). Two theory classes will be conducted June 3-14 from 9 a.m. to noon or 1 to 4 p.m. All driving experiences will be conducted during June and July.
