LUNCH MENUS

Area lunch menus for the coming week.

JOHN PAUL II ELEMENTARY

Monday — Chicken nuggets, chicken rice soup, green beans, banana, milk.

Tuesday — Spaghetti, garlic bread stick, romaine lettuce, fruit cocktail, milk.

Wednesday — Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, applesauce, jello, milk.

Thursday — Soft shell taco, lettuce/cheese, Spanish rice, refried beans, Mandarin oranges, milk.

Friday — Macaroni and cheese, banana bread, carrots, fruit, chocolate milk.

MITCHELL ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS

Monday — Chicken nuggets, pork and beans, steamed carrots, apple.

Tuesday — Tater tot casserole, whole wheat dinner roll, steamed corn, banana.

Wednesday — Kernel Dawg, scalloped potatoes, steamed green beans, grapes.

Thursday — Creamed chicken on a baking powder biscuit, steamed mixed vegetables.

Friday — Pizza, steamed broccoli, peaches.

MITCHELL SENIOR MEALS

Monday — Pot roast, oven browned potatoes, steamed peas, peaches.

Tuesday — Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, country gravy, steamed mixed vegetables, baked apples.

Wednesday — Tater tot casserole, whole wheat dinner roll, steamed squash, banana.

Thursday — BBQ pork sandwich, scalloped potatoes, steamed green beans, grapes.

Friday — Creamed chicken on a baking powder biscuit, mixed vegetables, fruit, cake.

MITCHELL CHRISTIAN SCHOOL

Monday — Chicken nuggets, pork and beans, steamed carrots, apple.

Tuesday — Tater tot casserole, whole wheat dinner roll, steamed corn, banana.

Wednesday — Eagle Dawg, scalloped potatoes, steamed green beans, grapes.

Thursday — Creamed chicken on a baking powder biscuit, steamed mixed vegetables, kiwi.

Friday — Pizza Hut pizza, steamed broccoli, peaches.

EMERY SENIOR MEALS

Monday — Beef stew, biscuits, tossed salad, jello with fruit.

Tuesday — Pork chop, sweet potatoes, green beans, mixed fruit.

Wednesday — Ham salad on a bun, spring salad, rhubarb cake.

Thursday — Chicken and dressing, baked squash, Harvard beets, fruited jello.

Friday — Baked fish, company potatoes, broccoli, bread pudding.

TRIPP SENIOR MEALS

Monday — Turkey and cheese melt, macaroni and cheese, dessert.

Tuesday — Lasagna, tossed salad with dressing, garlic bread, dessert.

Wednesday — Roast beef on a hoagie au jus.

Thursday — Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, dessert.

Friday — Fish sandwich, wedges, fruit, dessert.

Appetizers: Southwest egg roll, Crab Rangoon, BLT dip with garlic toast.

Soup du Jour: Made fresh daily. Salads: Tossed, petite Caesar, Caprese.

Entrée Salads: Chicken Caesar salad.

Entrées: Filet mignon au truffle; chicken Oscar; Grand Marnier orange roughy; coconut shrimp; crepe Marco Polo; daily chef’s feature.

Side Dishes: Asparagus; baked sweet potato; pasta au gratin; sautéed seasonal vegetable.

Dessert: Daily dessert special.

All entrees are served with choice of one side and freshly baked bread and rolls. Additional sides, appetizers, soup, salad and dessert are available ala carte.
