The Davison County board of commissioners will meet in regular session at 9 a.m. Tuesday in the Commissioners’ Room at the courthouse, 200 E. Fourth Ave., Mitchell.
The agenda includes:
• 9 a.m. call to order: Pledge of Allegiance; approval of past meeting minutes; citizens’ input.
• 9:30 a.m. 4-H Adviser Alice Nickelson, regarding the purchase of a new copy machine.
• 9:45 a.m. Discussion on county-owned land south of the Davison County Jail.
• 10:15 a.m. Discussion on new terms for the annual lease of county owned land.
• 10:30 a.m. Approval of lot plats as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
• 10:45 a.m. Director of Equalization Kathy Goetsch, regarding the establishment of a change fund.
• 11 a.m. Miscellaneous items, including consideration to approve bills for payment in the auditor’s account with the County Treasurer.
