SD governor, first lady welcome 2nd grandchild
PIERRE (AP) — South Dakota Gov. Dennis Daugaard and his wife are grandparents for the second time.

First lady Linda Daugaard tells the media that her daughter, Laura Daugaard Mitchell, gave birth to a daughter, Stella Kay, on Saturday. It is the first child for Laura and Jay Mitchell.
The Daugaards traveled to Sioux Falls last weekend to spend time with the new baby.
The governor and first lady welcomed their first grandchild last year, when their daughter, Sara Daugaard Venhuizen, gave birth to a boy, Henry. Sara's husband is Tony Venhuizen.
