City to start plowing north-south streets at noon in Mitchell

The City of Mitchell Street Department will begin plowing on North – South streets in Mitchell at Noon.

All vehicles should be removed from the North – South streets by noon and refrain from parking on these streets until they have been plowed curb to curb.
