Kindergarten events scheduled in Mitchell

The Mitchell School District will hold Kindergarten Jump Start Nights for kindergarten students who will be enrolled in the district this fall.

Parents should choose the session where the child or children will be going to school and call that school to make a reservation.

For information, call the school the child will attend:

LBW: 995-3090;

GBR: 995-3091;

Longfellow: 995-3092.

The schedule follows.

Longfellow Elementary: April 23 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. and April 25 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Screening will be from 8 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 27.

L.B. Williams Elementary: April 23: 5:30 and 6:45 p.m. (two sessions each night). April 25: 5:30 and 6:45 p.m. (two sessions each night).

Gertie Bell Rogers: April 23: 5:30 and 6:45 p.m. (two sessions each night). April 25: 5:30 and 6:45 p.m. (two sessions each night).
