LUNCH MENUS

Lunch menus for the coming week.

JOHN PAUL II ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Monday — No school.

Tuesday — Cheeseburger, baked beans, peas, peaches, milk.

Wednesday — Meatballs, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn bread, pears, milk.

Thursday — Chicken nuggets, chicken noodle soup, carrots, Mandarin oranges, milk.

Friday — Cheese sticks with marinara sauce, green beans, fruit chocolate milk.

MITCHELL ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS

Monday — No school.

Tuesday — Tater tot casserole, whole wheat dinner roll, steamed corn, banana.

Wednesday — Kernel Dawg, scalloped potatoes, steamed green beans, grapes.

Thursday — Creamed chicken on a baking powder biscuit, steamed mixed vegetables, kiwi.

Friday — Pizza, steamed broccoli, peaches.

MITCHELL SENIOR MEALS

Monday — No meals.

Tuesday — Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, country gravy steamed mixed vegetables, baked apples.

Wednesday — Tater tot casserole, while wheat dinner roll, steamed squash, banana.

Thursday — BBQ pork sandwich, scalloped potatoes, steamed green beans, grapes.

Friday — Creamed chicken on a baking powder biscuit, mixed vegetables, fruit, cake.

MITCHELL CHRISTIAN

Monday — No school.

Tuesday — Tater tot casserole, whole wheat dinner roll, steamed corn, banana.

Wednesday — Eagle Dawg, scalloped potatoes, steamed green beans, grapes.

Thursday — Creamed chicken on a baking powder biscuit steamed mixed vegetables kiwi.

Friday — Pizza Hut pizza, streamed broccoli, peaches.

EMERY SENIOR MEALS

Monday — No meals.

Tuesday — Oven fried chicken, mashed potatoes, California vegetables, fruit cup.

Wednesday — Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, tropical fruit.

Thursday — Pork chop, baked potato, bean casserole, banana.

Friday — Salmon loaf, potato, mixed veggies, pineapple cake.

TRIPP SENIOR MEALS

Monday — Spaghetti and meatballs, salad with dressing, bread, dessert.

Tuesday — Philly beef on a hoagie, French fries, dessert.

Wednesday — Ham steak, scalloped potatoes, peas, dessert.

Thursday — Hot beef, vegetable, dessert.

Friday — Fried fish fillet, French fries, dessert.

OAK ROOM — Now located at 1800 E. Spruce in the new MTI Campus Center. Reservations necessary. Call 995-3030.

Appetizers: Southwest egg roll, Crab Rangoon, BLT dip with garlic toast.

Soup du Jour: Made fresh daily. Salads: Tossed, petite Caesar, Caprese.

Entrée Salads: Chicken Caesar salad.

Entrées: Filet mignon au truffle; chicken Oscar; Grand Marnier orange roughy; coconut shrimp; crepe Marco Polo; daily chef’s feature.

Side Dishes: Asparagus; baked sweet potato; pasta augratin; sautéed seasonal vegetable.

Dessert: Daily dessert special. All entrees are served with choice of one side and freshly baked bread and rolls.

Additional sides, appetizers, soup, salad and dessert are available ala carte.
