Mitchell teen admits selling marijuana

Cole Gustafson faces a maximum of two years in prison and a $4,000 fine.

An 18-year-old Mitchell man admitted Tuesday to selling marijuana.

Cole Gustafson faces a maximum of two years in prison and a $4,000 fine after pleading guilty to possession with the intent to distribute less than 1 ounce of marijuana.

Prosecutors agreed to recommend Gustafson receive a suspended twoyear prison sentence and spend no more than 60 days in jail.

A presentence investigation was ordered. Sentencing was scheduled for March.
