    Frank Rowley is shown here moving a church in Mitchell. Rowley was listed in the city directory as being a foreman for Isaac Spears Moving Company. The equipment he is sitting on looks to be a blade of some sort that may have been used to smooth the road out after going over it with the heavy building. It is not known where this is located, but it’s a possibility it may have been on East First Avenue.
