LUNCH MENUS

Lunch menus for the region for the coming week.

PAUL II ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Monday — Corn dog, French fries, corn, applesauce, milk.

Tuesday — Stroganoff, homemade bread, carrots, fruit cocktail, milk.

Wednesday — Shrimp poppers, mini pretzel, broccoli with cheese, orange, milk.

Thursday — Chicken taco, lettuce and cheese, refried beans, peas, fruit, chocolate milk.

Friday — No school.

MITCHELL ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS

Monday — Hamburger, sweet potato tots, steamed mixed vegetable, pineapple

Tuesday — Tacos, hard or soft shell, Spanish rice, refried beans, steamed corn, applesauce.

Wednesday — French toast sticks, sausage, tri-tator, syrup, orange slices.

Thursday — Baked potato bar, ham, nacho cheese, broccoli, bacon bits, sour cream, romaine salad with ranch, fruit cocktail.

Friday — No school.

MITCHELL SENIOR MEALS

Monday — Swedish meatballs, baked potato, California medley, pears.

Tuesday — Chicken salad croissant, pasta salad, steamed baby carrots, pineapple.

Wednesday — Roast pork, garlic mashed potatoes, steamed asparagus, applesauce.

Thursday — Beef stew, rice, coleslaw, orange.

Friday — Sloppy Joe, macaroni and cheese, green beans, cookie.

MITCHELL CHRISTIAN SCHOOL

Monday — Hamburger, sweet potato tots, steamed mixed vegetables, pineapple.

EMERY SENIOR MEALS Monday — Spaghetti with meat sauce, green beans, fruit cup. Tuesday — Pork roast, potatoes and kraut, carrots, pears. Wednesday — Tuna casserole, mixed veggies, fresh bread, sliced peaches. Thursday — Roast beef, mashed potato, corn bake, plums. Friday — Baked fish, scalloped potatoes, green beans, peach crisp.

TRIPP SENIOR CENTER

Monday — Country fried steak, biscuits and gravy, dessert.

Tuesday — Oriental pork over rice, dessert.

Wednesday — Fried fish, French fries, coleslaw, dessert.

Thursday — Cabbage rolls, mashed potatoes, green beans, dessert.

Friday — Fried shrimp, French fries, dessert.

OAK ROOM — Now located at 1800 E. Spruce in the new MTI Campus Center. Reservations necessary. Call 995-3030.

Appetizers: Southwest egg roll, Crab Rangoon, BLT dip with garlic toast.

Soup du Jour: Made fresh daily.

Salads: Tossed, petite Caesar, Caprese.

Entrée Salads: Chicken Caesar salad.

Entrées: Filet mignon au truffle; chicken Oscar; Grand Marnier orange roughy; coconut shrimp; crepe Marco Polo; daily chef’s feature.

Side Dishes: Asparagus; baked sweet potato; pasta augratin; sautéed seasonal vegetable.

Dessert: Daily dessert special.

All entrees are served with choice of one side and freshly baked bread and rolls. Additional sides, appetizers, soup, salad and dessert are available ala carte.
