A 20-year-old Mitchell man faces multiple charges after allegedly entering a local woman’s home and stealing a television and video game system.
Trevor Jacob Kohlrus was arrested Thursday and charged with second-degree burglary and first-degree petty theft as a result of the allegations.
The value of the stolen items is less than $1,000.
If convicted, Kohlrus faces a maximum of 15 years in prison and a $30,000 fine for burglary, a felony, and one year in jail and a $2,000 fine for theft, a misdemeanor.
