Winner man pleads guilty to baseball bat assault

Darius Two Eagles faces a maximum of 10 years in prison, a $250,000 fine and three years of supervised release.

WINNER — A 20-year-old Winner man pleaded guilty Tuesday to assault with a dangerous weapon.

Darius Two Eagles faces a maximum of 10 years in prison, a $250,000 fine and three years of supervised release for the charge, which stems from an incident Oct. 11 when Two Eagles assaulted the victim with a baseball bat and a rock. A presentence investigation was ordered and a sentencing date was set for May. Two Eagles was remanded to the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service pending sentencing.
