The Davison County commissioners will discuss plans for a long-needed wage study when the board holds its regular 9 a.m. Tuesday meeting at the courthouse, 200 E. Fourth Ave., Mitchell.
The commissioners will also discuss hiring personnel to replace Zoning Administrator Dan Sudrla who will retire later this year.
The agenda includes:
9 a.m.
* Call to order, Pledge of Allegiance, approval of past meeting minutes.
9:30 a.m.
* Discuss vision for new and reorganized Planning and Zoning/ Drainage/GIS Mapping office and a discussion of wages.
10 a.m.
* Open bids for asbestos removal services for the county building at 1420 N. Main St.
10:15 a.m.
* Treasurer Christie Gunkel, about the handling of uncollectable distress warrants.
10:30 a.m.
* Discuss local government assistance for help with repairs to roads and bridges.
11:30 a.m.
* Approval of bills and timesheets for payment; Sheriff’s office budget supplement; use of fairgrounds building by the Game, Fish and Parks department; discussion of a salary survey proposal.
Adjourn.
1:15 p.m.
* The Davison County Planning Commission will meet in regular session in the Commissioners’ Room.
