Sioux Falls man accused of kidnapping, beating girlfriend

SIOUX FALLS (AP) — Bond has been set at $20,000 for a Sioux Falls man accused of holding his girlfriend in his apartment for weeks and beating her multiple times.

SIOUX FALLS (AP) — Bond has been set at $20,000 for a Sioux Falls man accused of holding his girlfriend in his apartment for weeks and beating her multiple times.

Fifty-two-year-old Guy Lundgren made his first court appearance on Monday on charges including aggravated kidnapping and assault. He did not enter a plea. He could face life in prison if convicted.

Police allege Lundgren held the 44-year-old woman in his apartment for more than 20 days and beat her, causing bruises and a broken eye socket.
