Bartscher, Collins plan March wedding

Parents of the couple are Betty Bartscher, Mitchell, and the late Donald Bartscher; and Dick and Pat Collins, Mitchell.
Ona is a 1992 graduate of Emery High School and a 1997 graduate of Dakota Wesleyan University, Mitchell. She is employed in the business office at Avera McKennan Hospital, Sioux Falls.
Chris is a 1995 graduate of Mount Vernon High School. He is involved in custom harvesting and farming.
A March 9 wedding is planned in Mitchell.
