Jacob Palo, of Hot Springs, and Gabe Dirksen, of Lead, will join the Tigers in the fall.
‘Silent Night’ event at DWU men’s game today

During the Dakota Wesleyan men’s basketball game at 8 p.m. today at the Corn Palace, fans are encouraged to participate in “Silent Night.”
During “Silent Night,” fans are not supposed to make any sound until DWU scores its 10th point of the game.
Fans can make all the noise they want during intros, but when the game starts they are encouraged to be silent.
Today’s game is also a whiteout. DWU fans are encouraged to all wear white.
SDSU’s Johnston at Quarterback Club meeting tonight

South Dakota State University women’s basketball coach Aaron Johnston is set to speak at Quarterback Club at 7:30 p.m. today at The Depot in Mitchell.
Dakota Wesleyan University and Mitchell High School coaches will also speak.
DWU women jump to No. 24 in polls

The Dakota Wesleyan University women’s basketball team moved up to No. 24 in the NAIA national poll Tuesday.
This matches the highest ranking the Tigers have reached this season. DWU hosts Mount Marty at 6 p.m. today at the Corn Palace in Mitchell.
