PIERRE (AP) — Trial has been moved to March for two people accused of stealing more than $1,000 from a Pierre bank.

Ismael Ortiz and Alejandra Madrid are accused of stealing money from a teller's station at a BankWest branch while she was distracted. Authorities say the alleged theft last November was recorded by the bank's video surveillance system.

Ortiz and Madrid have pleaded not guilty to bank larceny and remain in custody. Jury selection has now been scheduled for March.
