He was born on Sept. 25, 1949.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Basham Funeral Home, Woonsocket, with the Rev. Rhonda Wellsandt-Zell officiating. Burial will be in St. Wilfrid’s Catholic Cemetery, Woonsocket.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
