Fort Thompson man pleads guilty to abusive sexual contact

FORT THOMPSON — A Fort Thompson man pleaded guilty Thursday to abusive sexual contact.

FORT THOMPSON — A Fort Thompson man pleaded guilty Thursday to abusive sexual contact.

Jarrod Johnson, 41, faces a maximum of three years in prison and a $250,000 fine on the charge, which stems from an incident when Johnson engaged in and attempted to engage in sexual contact with the victim, who was incapable of appraising the nature of the sexual contact.

Johnson was released pending sentencing. A sentencing date has been set for March.
