Kelsey Jean Price and Shawn Richard Ruml announce their engagement.

Parents of the couple are Dana and Kim Price, Mitchell; and Ron and Sandi Ruml, Letcher.

Kelsey is a 2008 graduate of Mitchell High School and a 2012 graduate of the University of South Dakota, Vermillion. She is an implementation specialist at CHR Solutions.

Shawn is a 2007 graduate of Sanborn Central High School, Forestburg, and a 2011 graduate of USD. He is a software support specialist at Innovative Systems, Mitchell.

A Jan. 25 wedding is planned at Now Jade Resort, Cancun, Mexico, with a local reception on March 2, at County Fair Banquet Hall, Mitchell.
