Lake Andes woman wins $14k scratch ticket prize

Latasha Dion, of Lake Andes, claimed her $14,000 top prize on the Spades scratch ticket game on Monday at the Sioux Falls Lottery office.

Latasha Dion, of Lake Andes, claimed her $14,000 top prize on the Spades scratch ticket game on Monday at the Sioux Falls Lottery office.

Dion purchased the $2 winning ticket at Valley Pump and Casino on East S.D. Highway 46 in Wagner.

The odds of winning the $14,000 top prize in the Spades game are 1 in122,350. One top prize remains to be won. Spades scratch tickets can be purchased at any lottery retailer.
