PARKSTON — Corsica/Stickney fell to Highmore-Harrold in a game that went into double overtime in the Parkston Classic Friday. The final score was 44-42.
Jessica Hoogers and Hope Menning led the Jaguars with 14 points apiece. Hoogers led the team in rebounds with nine. Missy Johnson added eight rebounds.
Corsica/Stickney drops to 3-4 with the loss and plays at Wagner Jan. 5.

Ethan 79, Viborg-Hurley 59
PARKSTON — Darbi Gustafson recorded a double-double to lead Ethan over Viborg-Hurley 79-59 in the Parkston Classic Friday.
Gustafson recorded 20 points and 10 rebounds for the Rustlers. Rachel Hawkins led the offensive effort with 22 points and six assists. Whitney Enders added 11 points.
Anna Mueller and Morgan Tuttle each grabbed five rebounds for Ethan, who is 3-2 with the win. The Rustlers play at Wessington Springs Jan. 7.

Tri-Valley 72, Wagner 39
PARKSTON — Ali Kuca scored 20 points for Wagner, but the Redmen fell to Tri-Valley 72-39 in the Parkston Classic Friday.
Delaynie Dickerson led Wagner with five rebounds. Nicole Weber recorded four assists.
Wagner is 4-3 this season and plays Bon Homme Thursday in Tyndall.

PARKSTON — Taryn Twite scored 19 points for Beresford as the Watchdogs downed Madison 47-26 in the Parkston Classic Friday.
Warner 56, Sully Buttes 43
PARKSTON — Warner defeated Sully Buttes 56-43 in the Parkston Classic Friday.
Miranda Ristau led Warner with 17 points. Karlea Stahl and Remi Wientjes led Sully Buttes with 12 points apiece.
St. Thomas More 57, Clark/Willow Lake 34
PARKSTON — St. Thomas More defeated Clark/Willow Lake 57-34 in the Parkston Classic Friday.
Alexis Swedlund was the leading scorer for St. Thomas More with 24 points. Mackenzie Huber led Clark/Willow Lake with nine points.
