Another round of snow hit Mitchell area Thursday

According to weather reports, Mitchell received 3.3 inches of snow as of 7 p.m. Friday’s forecast calls for a 30 percent chance of snow before 9 a.m., with cloudy conditions and a high near 21 degrees.
In Mitchell, plowing of East-West streets will begin at 7 a.m. today. Residents are asked to move their vehicles; however, there will be no ticketing and towing.
