LOGAN, Utah — The University of South Dakota women’s basketball team fell to Utah State 70-69 Thursday.
The Aggies’ Devyn Christensen drained a 3-pointer with 10 seconds left in the game that was the go-ahead basket.
Christensen led all scorers with 25.
Tempestt Wilson led the Coyotes in scoring with 18 points. Margaret McCloud recorded a double-double, tallying 16 points and 10 rebounds. Nicole Seekamp added 14 points and grabbed eight rebounds. Alexis Yackely recorded 11 assists.
USD outrebounded the Aggies 63 to 26.
South Dakota (5-7) plays Boise State at 1 p.m. Saturday in Boise.
