LOWER BRULE — A Lower Brule man pleaded guilty Tuesday to sexual abuse.
Martin Charger, 37, faces a maximum of life in prison and a $250,000 fine. He also faces a mandatory minimum of five years of supervised release.
The charge stems from incidents that occurred between Jan. 1, 2007, and Dec. 31, 2007.
Charger was released on bond until Dec. 26. Sentencing has been set for March.
