RAPID CITY (AP) — A once-popular Rapid City restaurant is being resurrected by a 23-year-old woman and her father.
The Fireside Inn off Rimrock Highway closed down in 2010. Ashley Ginsberg has leased the restaurant with plans to turn it back into a destination eatery focusing on giving customers a casual-yet-fine dining experience.
Ashley Ginsberg and her father, Hal, are dropping the “Inn” from the restaurant’s name to shorten it to simply “The Fireside.”
