Ethan man pleads not guilty to marijuana charges

An Ethan man pleaded not guilty Tuesday to two marijuana-related charges.
Levi Young, 29, is charged with possession with intent to distribute less than 1 ounce of marijuana and possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana.
Young faces a maximum of two years in prison and a $4,000 fine for the distribution charge, a felony, and one year in jail and a $2,000 fine for the possession charge, a misdemeanor.
His trial was set for February.
