A Mitchell woman denied Tuesday that she violated her probation for a possession of a controlled substance conviction.
Tina Whitmore, 34, will remain in jail until a hearing on the alleged violations, which is scheduled for next month.
Whitmore was originally arrested Dec. 9, 2011, and later convicted of possession of a controlled substance after she was taken to the emergency room at Avera Queen of Peace Hospital with an apparent drug overdose and oxycodone was found in her possession.
