Rapid City man dies in rollover in Lyman County

VIVIAN — A Rapid City man was killed Friday in a one-vehicle rollover crash on a gravel road north of Vivian.
Kevin Joseph Casey, 51, was driving a 2010 Dodge Ram 2500 northbound on 293rd Avenue when the vehicle left the gravel roadway and rolled about three miles north of Vivian. The crash occurred sometime between midnight and 7:40 a.m., according to a state Department of Public Safety news release.
Casey was found dead at the scene of the crash. Authorities say he was not wearing a seat belt.
The South Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating the incident with assistance from the Lyman County Sheriff’s Office.
