Open house slated for Smith’s 100th birthday

SIOUX FALLS — Frances E. Smith, Sioux Falls, will celebrate her 100th birthday at an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 24, in the Great Room of Trail Ridge, Sioux Falls.

She is a former teacher in the Lane and Alpena area.
