Traffic stop in Pennington County nets 99 pounds of marijuana

The trooper on Monday stopped a rental car for speeding in Pennington County and a police dog discovered the drugs. A 26-year-old Colorado man was arrested on drug distribution and possession charges.
The media reports that the trooper also seized nearly $800 in cash.
