City workers honored by state group

Four city of Mitchell employees were honored recently as 2012 Hall of Fame inductees at the annual South Dakota Municipal League convention.

Four city of Mitchell employees were honored recently as 2012 Hall of Fame inductees at the annual South Dakota Municipal League convention.

They were: Douglas Glover, 20 years, fire fighter/paramedic; Robert Koepke, 27 years, former water plant operator; Frank Lutjens, 24 years, former police corporal; and Lloyd Morrison, 20 years, mechanic. SDML honors elected and appointed officials and employees who have served municipalities in South Dakota for 20 or more years.
