Franks to celebrate 50 years of marriage

MOUNT VERNON — Dale and Dona Frank, Mount Vernon, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary at an open house from 1 to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 10, at First Presbyterian Church, Mitchell.
