A Minnesota woman pleaded guilty Tuesday to felony drug possession.

Karen Jauhola, 44, was indicted for possession of fentanyl by a Davison County grand jury in November 2010 and was arrested in Minnesota — where she had been living — earlier this year on an outstanding warrant that arose from the indictment.

She had pleaded not guilty to the charge in June. Prosecutors have agreed to recommend Jauhola receive a suspended prison sentence and between 30 and 60 days in jail. A presentence investigation was ordered and sentencing was set for December.
