Rep. Noem to speak to Canistota class Friday

U.S. Rep. Kristi Noem, R-S.D., will visit Canistota High School on Friday to speak to a senior government class and a seventh-grade civics class.

U.S. Rep. Kristi Noem, R-S.D., will visit Canistota High School on Friday to speak to a senior government class and a seventh-grade civics class.

The visit was planned after Noem received a letter from a Canistota High School senior requesting she come to discuss Congress and answer student questions.

Elements of the visit will be included in the student’s senior project, which is a book about Washington, D.C., for Canistota elementary and junior high students.
