The Tigers are 3-10-2 overall and the Mustangs are 5-8-2 on the season.
DWU’s Aaron Foss scored a goal in the 42nd minute to tie the game at 1 heading into halftime.
Hugo Gonzalez scored early in the second half to put DWU ahead 2-1, but Morningside scored on a goal by Chico Hernandez to tie the game. Neither team scored again through two overtimes.
DWU goalie Alex Nelson gave up two goals and had 10 saves.
The Tigers host Midland University for senior day at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at the Mitchell Pepsi Cola Soccer Complex.
