Start time changed for Rotary debates

The Mitchell Rotary Club has announced that the start time for the debates, scheduled on Thursday and Nov. 1, has been changed to 12:20 p.m.
The debates will be at the Ramada Inn during the regular Rotary Club meetings.
The first debate will feature Referred Law 14. David Owen, state Chamber of Commerce and Industry president, and Ben Nesselhuf, state Democratic Party chairman, will participate.
The second debate will feature Referred Law 16. Melody Schopp, state secretary of education, and Sandy Arseneault, South Dakota Education Association president, will participate.
