The Republican House in Washington, D.C., committed an act of futility by voting 33 times to repeal Obamacare with Kristi Noem only voting 31 times as she must have taken the days off for two of the votes.

These acts of futility cost the American taxpayer $45,000,000. It almost makes a person think that the Republicans in the House aren’t playing with a full deck.
