Blanket day set at Meadowlawn Plaza
A work day to make blankets for Project Linus will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 20 in the community room at Meadowlawn Plaza, Mitchell.
A work day to make blankets for Project Linus will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 20 in the community room at Meadowlawn Plaza, Mitchell.
Project Linus blankets are given to the local hospital and hospitals in surrounding communities that need them. Any child who spends time in the hospital should receive a blanket.
Participants should bring their sewing machine, scissors and extension cord. Materials will be supplied.
Fabric donations are welcome. A soup and sandwich lunch will be served.
