Starrs to celebrate 40th anniversary with reception
Stan and Jean (Fritza) Starr, Mitchell, will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary at a reception from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 21, at the Moose Lodge, Mitchell.
